Quay West launches small business service
Quay West Communications, one of East Anglia’s longest established marketing communications and public relations consultancies, has set up a small business marketing team to provide a fixed cost, proprietary PR and marketing service for companies with a turnover of less than £2 million.
The team’s aim is to assist businesses to raise their profiles, target and engage with new customers and become more successful as a result.
“Our small business team includes experienced consultants who have worked on businesses of all sizes, from multi-nationals to small start-ups," explains Nikki White, Executive Director of Quay West.
“We will undertake a complete audit of existing marketing activity and collateral; facilitate a detailed, structured brainstorm and provide a route-map for growth for the business including the presentation of a detailed marketing plan with hints and tips on how to self-implement.”
The small business team, which will also be available to implement specific programmes of activity for clients, will specialise in the development of effective marketing strategies to meet specific commercial objectives; developing a company’s online presence and utilising social media; raising a company's media profile to convert increased awareness into action, as well as launching new products or services.
“We have a track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns that utilise the disciplines that we believe will be most effective in achieving your stated objectives,” continues Nikki White. “These may include PR, media relations, brand building and design, market research, direct marketing, telemarketing, copy writing, brochure design and production, web copy and design, and event management.
